Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all non-oversized items shipped within the contiguous United States.

To qualify:

• The order total must be over $100 (before tax)
• All items must be from the same vendor/manufacturer
• Applies only to small parcel shipments

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. In rare cases where a correction is required due to system error, we'll notify you for approval if the price increases by more than $5.00.

How Will My Order Ship?

We use trusted shipping partners across the country to ensure secure and timely delivery. Your items may ship by:

Small Parcel Shipments: Lighter items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These typically arrive without requiring a signature, but it is at the driver's discretion. If you'd prefer delivery without a signature, leave a signed note at your door with your tracking number.

Truck (Freight) Deliveries: Larger/heavier items ship via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once it arrives at the local terminal (usually within a 2–4 hour window during weekdays).

Before signing for delivery:

• Inspect for visible damage
• Note "Product Damaged" on the receipt if anything looks off
• Confirm the piece count matches the Bill of Lading
• Refuse delivery if the item is visibly damaged beyond use and notify us immediately

Non-visible damage must be reported to MedikoHub within 48 hours of delivery. We are not liable for property damage caused by third-party carriers, but we can assist with filing claims.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Lead Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. It is shown on each product page under "Ships Within."Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST typically process the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Transit Time:

• Small Parcel: Usually 1–6 business days depending on location and service level
• Expedited: Applies after the item ships (e.g., Next Day starts after the warehouse ships it)
• Freight: Typically 3–6 business days. Residential deliveries will be scheduled; commercial deliveries may not be

Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM with expedited shipping will ship the next business day.

Oversized Items

Oversized items may ship via freight with curbside or optional inside delivery.

Curbside Delivery: Items arrive on a pallet, delivered outside your facility. Unpacking and disposal are your responsibility.

Inside Delivery (Optional): Includes delivery to a designated room, unpacking, and removal of packaging. Does not include assembly, installation, or removal of old items.

Delivery takes place Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Additional charges may apply for non-standard service.
